Starting Color Therapy

My sessions with Arlene were so transforming that I kept talking to her every other week for a month. She had to come up here to visit her mother who lives in Lacey so we set up a time for us to meet and have a therapy session in person. In person sessions are just as good as over the phone but it was great to finally meet the voice that had been helping me transform from the life I use to suffer through to the life I enjoy today.

A few weeks after the in person session I signed up for the Basic Color Course which you can find through Transformationaltools.com and if you tell her You got there from me I'll get 20 percent! Any way The Basic Course teaches how to look for and located stuck energy in your body be it mental, emotional, physical or spiritual. After locating the stuck energy or discomfort in the body Complementary Color breathing is used to get the energy moving or to help the energy find where it needs to go. The complementary colors are Red and Green, Orange and Blue, and Yellow and Purple. Any one who is familiar with the Chakras will notice there is no indigo and this is because Arlene found that when working with any energy in the head purple can be used.

To clear the energy the complementary colors are swirled together through out the entire energy center (Chakra) and this moves the energy where it needs to go and fills in any holes or gaps that are missing energy.  The color and our bodies know what to do all we need to do is have the intention that the colors are doing the work. I also learned a tune up exercise which can be used at any time. After you understand and know how to swirling colors feel you can direct the complementary colors to all the energy centers at once so red and green in the root orange and blue in the Sacral or orange center and so on.

I encourage every one to take the basic course to learn how to colors can work for you or visit my Face Book page (Michael Aschenbrenner) and we can set something up so you can experience this.
I attend a group my teacher calls spiritual mastery for everyday life. Today was such a great meeting. We usually have only 7 of us in the group 8 including Arlene Arnold. We ended up having 12 in the room today. Four friends of mine came with today so that makes a total of 8 of us from yelm! Arlene gave away alot of her older products to us today guided meditations and booklets for transformations.

I feel like I'm all over the place right now. The group was amazing lots of energy shifting and old beliefs droped. There were tears from a few and laughter from all. It is so amazing how powerful the Color Therapy can be a friend was able to release some trauma that had happend to her when she was 3 years old and shes in her 60s now! Arlene walked her through a process to connect with the stuck part of herself. The process is really simple. It heals the stuck part of you or if the stuck part does not feel healed enough and ready to integrate in to the energy feild they are put in a healing garden where they stay until they are ready to integrate or move on.

Well I started that post on Sunday night and I'm just now getting back on here to finish it up
